I want to start spotfeeding my polyps. How do I do it? Do I use a turkey baster? What do I put in the feed? I have some cyclopeze, flakes, phytoplankton, frozen squid, algae discs, etc. Any tips are appreciated!:blob: As of right now I'm going to "spotfeed" myself some Extreme Moostracks ice cream. It's still over 90 degrees here!

What kind of polyps?? If you are talking zoos, very few of mine react to feedings.....Zoos will get all they need from sufficient lighting.

For spot feeding my various corals I use a turkey baster. I like to use cyclopeeze and mysis in a cup w/ a bunch of tankwater to thaw it and feed with. My pineapple brain, trumpets, hammers and torches go crazy for spot feeding....the RBTA does too!
