hi. i have just recently noticed an abundance of bristleworms in my tank. we removed them last week when we did a gravel siphon. when we got home from work today we checked the tank and we have now seen all of these critters crawling in and out of holes on our live rock! that are fast moving things and its driving me nuts! we have never noticed them before. our tank has been up and running for about 3 months now. we have not added live rock since we first stated cycling the tank. i will try and get a photo of them if i can.they are light in colour and look like a bug (sorry but i cant hink of any other way to decribe them!). would they possible be baby bristleworms? do bristleworms turn into a bug looking creature before they actually become a worm?....

They mite be pods,since you say they look like bugs.Which are a good food sorce for some of your creatchers.

I agree that anything "bug like" is probably Pods.

If you want to cut down on the bristle worms, you can go with an arrow crab. They are a natural preditor of the bristle worm.
