I’m not sure what your maintenance person test for when they make the by weekly visits . But I’m sure they are doing water changes which sure keep your calcium,alkalinity and magnesium in check as the chalice and monti requirements are more demanding then the other corals.
Are you ever home when they come to maintain the tank? What lights are those.

Corals all look good. The hammer may not be extended all the way from the looks in the photo of it close up. As far as color they will brighten up with the blue lighting. It just makes them pop more. Back in the old day whites where the norm. I still runn heavy whites as I don’t like blue tanks.

Moving a tank is something people do all the time. I Did aquarium maintenance years ago and the key is planning and being prepared. Get you buckets ready and decide on if you are using the sand over or adding new sand whit I always recommend if the tank been set up for a few years.
place live rock in buckets with water and the same with coral and fish. Being you are moving only 20 minutes away you will be fine.

By planning I mean you want to keep your fish in the bucket as short of time as possible. Also have new saltwater already made and ready.
