So about two days ago I "took care" of about 4 aiptasia using aiptasia x. Now I have been watching my tank and have noticed these other things. They look like small anemones but they are clear with bright white tips. I'm still trying to get a picture and will post one soon. Anyone ever seen anything like this?

A pic of your would be best. Does it look like this? Could be corynactis or pseudocorynactis.

Corynactis or pseudocorynactis (Orange Ball Anemone)

They stay under 3/4" nad stay in darker areas for the most part. Since you corals do not live in these places, they can be kept with out issue. I have had them for years with no problems.

Occassionally you will find them more on the top of rocks but it will typically be in an area with lower light.
