Anybody have any idea what this is? Its white and stringy and growing fast.

They look like eggs.....I would say probably nudibranch eggs I say remove immediately. They can and will destroy and corals etc. Eggs hatch and more often than not into something we wish wasnt in our tank :(

Theyre not egg shaped, theyre stringy. How should i remove them?

Yes alot of eggs come encased in a slimy tube sheath to protect the bunch. Google nudibranch eggs images

what kind of snails do you have in your tank? my ceriths lay eggs that look almost identical to those.

Different nudibranchs eat different things. The type we typically see in our tanks do not look like that and inly eat zoos and montipora.
