Top of the morning Y'All, and......HAPPY TUESDAY!
Coffee is fresh, and there's fresh doughnuts and cinnamon buns to make you loosen the ole belts.

30 heading to the mid 40's and sunshine, with a wee breeze.
Got a call from the boss requesting my attendance 'whenever possible' over at work.....a simple job, that is in NO RUSH except in his mind. A 'transducer', ("A prob that goes through the hull of a boat to take measurements.") , needs replacing. The boat ain't going back in till the end of April AT LEAST, so you can see the rush..... 😁

Dropping Hack off at the Sams' build on my way in......so '* for T" for both Hacks.

Hey Cath! Good morning.

Yeah we had rain, a 'light annoying WIND driven rain' yesterday, and a heavier variety scheduled for tomorrow here also.
When you're working, 'days off' become precious.....not only for the fun you can have, but for the body to heal it's self.

WOW......another slow TRT DAY.

Was an exciting morning......pulled into the Sams' build site to drop Nate off only to see the cops in the drive way. Seems there was thievery going on in the overnight hours.......mostly tools, generator, wiring and such. 'Suspicious' is the thought crossing my mind.

Except for the 'wiring', everything else seemed to have belonged to just one individual with everyone else's stuff left behind.
They, the Sams, have surveillance cameras set up, and all I heard when I got there was THIS guy saying 'they knew what they were doing......avoided the cameras.......and there was no pictures of them.....'.

A/ How did THIS guy know that? I removed the 'chip' when I got there......
B/ He was right there reaching over my shoulder to grab the chip, WHICH I STOPPED from happening. He then offered to take it to his truck and try and retrieve the images....NO!

He reminded me of the paraphrase from Shakespeare, 'Me thinketh the lad complaineth too much....'. HE made sure he grabbed everyone's ear......NOT TO MENTION this was going to be his last day there.

BUT after everything seemed settled down, the general contractor got there, cops got all the info, and I made sure the day was going to be 'business as usual', I left Nate there and headed to the creek.

BUT, BUT, Got the call Nate was finished 1/2 day, so I picked him up, and took him back to the creek with me.....the extra set of hands was handy.

Sloppy Joes on the stove......and of course the Grandbabies want something else.....so there's grilled cheese as well as Man n Cheese.

Understand there's a movie night in our future for this evening.....'left overs'. THAT means we get to watch a movie/movies that we've seen WAY TOO MANY TIMES, yet there as good as ever. I know I have my list.
