Sadly Canada has lost an icon. Gordon Lightfoot has passed away at age 84. He was a legend. He was always himself and his music was hugely underrated. Rest in Peace Sir.

Only saw him live once in 1971 while in the military. Outdoor concert.

Edmond Fitzgerald is kind of his Stairway To Heavy, seems that is the only song that you always hear on radio. I really like Canadian Railroad Trilogy
