Is that the closest one? I know there is one just north of Neptune Beach on the other side of that river that is right there. I may be talking about the same thing for all I know.
Man, I have nothing going for me, I don't know about Aquariums, I don't know my geography. Jeez.

there is only one blackrock beach. Its on talbot Island which is north of neptune

Lol, when I said which one, I meant which beach, I wasn't sure if the one north of Neptune was Blackrock or not. I just don't want to drive for 2 hours to pick up snails. Wait, I'm cheap, yes I do.
