Don't know the name brand, but you can go to most hardware stores and buy epoxi that comes in like a clay form. This epoxi is in like a roll form, brown outside, and pinkish in the middle. You simply cut the amount you may need and knead it together. It works well, does not harm your reef.

I used an apoxy when I glued my frogspawn down. I got it at the hard ware store for 9 bucks. It came in a dual tube form made for use to glue while in water. That way I didn't have to pull any thing out of the tank. The apoxy set in 2 minutes and harmed nothing in my tank. I would say just read up on whatever you use to make sure it won't release toxins. The stuff I got claimed that it was safe for any under water use and that all it would release would be heat from the curing process.

They have only reach about 2". But they where only under light for about an hour. They are attached to a rock and I wanted to glue that piece to a piece of my LR. Could that work ?

My general rule is:

frag to rock: super glue gel
Rock to Rock: Plumber's epoxy.

It's epoxy, but you can still get the pieces back apart if you need to. That, and it will work underwater. Superglue won't.

Have fun,

Oh, and I couldn't tell what it was either... but if it's a goni, take it back and get something else. (as in, don't spent your money - regardless of your discount ;) - on something that has such a lousy track record.)
