I'm like you, Ray, on waiting to see who was going to start the daily thread. We could have had 3 threads going again. :funny: Sounds like you need more coffee to wake up your memory for breakfast.

Wonder how Perry is doing? We didn't get a report last night.

Back to work for me. The circulation department will be slammed with stuff that was returned during the 4 closed days. Isshhh.

14f here this morning but supposed to be sunny and 37 later.

Vince, did you see the Saints game last night? It was a wierd game with Brees throwing two pick sixes but still winning with a TD toss in the last minute.

Cath, hope the crazies stay away from the liberry today.

Mornin' all :thumbup:
Midnite shift #1 after not having them for the last 6-7 months, last nite went super smoothly . Guess i worked myself up over it the whole day b4 going in, than i really needed to. Hoping the rest of the string, goes as smooth .

Treated myself to breakfast on the way home, at one of the places i had not been to since i was on sickleave (it's up north near work) Guess the waitress was not aware i was absent for a while, and asked if i wanted my "usual":lol:,,,heck, i forgot what that was and had to ask for a menu(and think i ended up with what i usually got from back in the day, anyway )

Home now, tended to mornin' daily/critter chores already, might hit the recliner to read the paper and take my usual/normal after my first midnite short lil snooze and then re-start my day... the rest of the week might include a very short catnap (mebbe a hr or so ) during the day, but other than that, i consider this week "free" days of having the day to myself, w/ the midnite shift thrown in to mess it up a lil.
