Bristle worm- and not the bad kind. There is a lot of speculation as to whether bristle worms are good or bad....bristle worms are in fact great cleaners and eat leftover food and detritus in your aquarium, the chances are you will only see him a select few times but you will see the benefits of having him around. If you see the hawaiian bristle worm. (orange and white) I personally would remove it as they are known to be aggressive and to attack small fish. Anyway enjoy your free new addition to your cleanup crew!

I agree that these worms are beneficial, but it's highly likey you have others that are much smaller and would be less likely to d damage in a small tank. I'd remove it if it were mine. This guy you have will continue to grow, and so will his appitite.
