HI all, Can changing water without letting the new water sit for 24hr or more
hurt or kill fish or corals ?. I just heard it can burn there gills off...

I use coralife salt.
10gals change, 55g tank- 20g sump,
but with rock, and equp. in tank and sump, I'd say it's a 60g system
