I recently purchased an emperor angel and introduced him into my tank. I have currently in my tank:

1 Yellow Tang
1 Salfin Tang
1 Powder Blue Tang
1 Regal Tang
4 Clownfish

The Salfin and the Powder Blue tangs are not letting the angelfish do anything. They have cornered it near my overflow box and will not let it out.

I can feed it directly overhead but I do not want it to die because of my other tangs.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Did you upgrade from the 60gal? If not I would probably take the Angel back. The tank is to small for all the tangs to begin with and the Angels needs a huge tank, with specific feeding requirements. They are beautiful, so I can see why you wanted it, but they get huge. They need a tank well over 200 gallons.
