Good morning everyone!:wavey:

I had planned on sleeping in this morning but we had a bit of a house shaking at around 4:38. It lasted for about 20 seconds!

Good Morning, Eric! :)

Just saw that earthquake story on the news. We also had a smaller one, centered about 40 miles away, but I slept through it. :D

When I lived in SoCal many years ago, we had a lot of them, including the infamous Sylmar Quake which rolled me out of bed one morning. Quakes are scary.

Dick:)

I think that is the first one I have ever felt. My daughter came in wondering what was going on. The beds were shaking and the shelves in the house were rattling.

We have the New Madrid fault south of here that is way overdue to let loose.

:wavey: Hello!

Yea!! The shake I felt apparently wasn't me going crazy. That's a relief. By 4:30 I had been up for 2 hrs. Here's to hoping I can get to sleep again soon for a brief nap.

Sorry you missed it Amy.
Everybody else in this house did too.
Next time you want I should call you? :D

Don't fret though, it did not slow down my working on picking pictures for tomorrow. :)
