Drain and Return sizes for overflow

OK...so I am ordering a tank and the maker wants to know the sizes for the drain and returns...

Tank size: 48x24x24 ~ 120g

Center trapezoid overflow

Drain:
1" or 1.5" bulkhead? Which would be better?

How large should the drilled holes be for each?

Returns:
I would like to run two returns using loc-line in the display.

.5" or .75" bulkheads? Which would be better?

How large should the drilled holes be for each?

Is it my understanding that a bulkhead is used on the overflow for the loc-line?

Any info would be helpful!!

2 1" bulkheads. That way if one clogs, the other can take some of the load.

I would use a 1.25" line for the return. Maybe 1.5. You can split it up to deliver flow to separated areas.

Once you decide on your pipe size, research the bulkheads you want to use and they will tell you your drill hole size for your tanks.
Nevermind...I ordered (1) 1.5" drain and (2) 1" Returns.
that will do fine.
