Another question to add about DIY live rock. I went to home depot looking for the Portland Cement, but could not find it. Is Portland Cement a brand name or just a certain class of cement? All they had at home depot was Skacrete brand. If home depot or Lowes doesn't cary this type of cememnt, anyone know where I can buy some online?
