I would toss in one half of a raw table shrimp and then watch your parameters very closely over the next couple of weeks.

If the rock is truly "cured" there won't be a cycle. If the rock was shipped to you, it may have been cured at the time it was packaged, but it may not be now.

After adding the table shrimp, it's a good idea to feed the tank as if you have a small fish. If you can do this for a week straight, with no spike in ammonia or nitrite, you're ready to slowly start adding livestock.

I for one would never trust the "cured" label on live rock unless you do it yourself. Best to toss in the shrimp and force a cycle.
