I have about a coco worm with a 2.5' long tube. Ive had it for about 2 months and one of the stalks has broken off and is just sitting on the sand. The other stalk is in the tube, all fanned out and looking fine.... is it dying?! budding? i dont know what to do... HELP! ive had a boat load of changes going on since i got my T5's as well :/ a bunch of little bubbles everywhere... anyone know why this is?
the stalk that broke off, its fanned out but just laying in the sand. I was watching it, and the little feathers are moving around.
I don't know much about them. I was comparing the situation with that of a frogspawn coral whose polyps "bail" when under a lot of stress. Just trying to help you narrow it down. Is there anything attached to the base of the worm?
just half the crown. The other half is still fine, I accidentally tapped the glass with my camera and the other half of the crown went inside the tube.
