Could I have a false perc and a black perc together in one tank. I'll be switching the false perc to a new tank so I could add them simultaneously. Would they fight or not?Peace.
It is possible if the clownfish you have is moved to a new and larger tank. Be aware that false perculas or any clownfish are in the damsel fish family, therefore they are extremely territorial.
Well, since I have a false perc. could I have the black clown in a tank with it since it will be completely new? My girlfriend really likes the black clowns. lol.
Clowns will inter-breed won't they? So if you put two in the tank, or put one in and then another, at some point the bigger one becomes female and the smaller male, and they pair up?
Still may have some territorial issues if you're introducing a second fish into a tank with just one, but at some point I'd expect things would sort themselves out.
Mike.
