I just picked up my latest lens:

Canon 24-70 2.8L

I contemplated the 24-70... But, being that I have a crop body, I picked up the 17-55 EFS lens (which is essentially a 27-88) and I love it. Looking forward to pictures!

What body do you shoot with? I have a 40D and LOVE it... I know I will upgrade to FF someday, but the 17-55 really holds it's value, and the IS really helps indoors, even at f2.8.

I shoot with a 1D Mark II. The 1D Mark II has a 1.3 crop factor vs the more normal Canon DSLR 1.6 factor.

Below is a link to some pics I took at our local club meeting this evening. Some of the images were taken at ISO 1600 due to low lighting. The camera used was a Canon 1D Mark II.
