Ok guys my Live "dead" 50 or so pounds of rock has been cycling now for almost 2 weeks the rock seems to have theose little red growths coming out!! The ammonia was really high but now has droped alot. There is still some ammonia but levels are pretty good. Can I add some of my live rock from the other tanks, and can I now add a clean up crew of snails hermit crabs? The live rock has all kinds of bristel worms on it? Also should I do a water change? I was going to add new salt water and old saltwater from my 25 gallon?

I'm pretty conservative, but I'd probably wait a little longer. Sounds like your ammonia is heading down, should be down to near zero in another week or so. Particularly for the snails and hermits, I'd wait until both ammonia and nitrites are zero.

You can add the LR now, if you like. The clean up crew is your call. When in doubt about timing it's always best to wait the extra time. If I've learned anything from this hobby it's patience.
