i need to clean up my cpr fuge and skimmers. they have alot of calcium coraline built up. so, i'm curious if anybody has an easy method of removing this build up off of acrylic.
my first otw idea was to fill a bucket of water with a mixture of mean green, and just let the pumps cycle the water thru.
any ideas?

Yes fill the skimmer with white vinager. It will dissolve the coraline.

that works amazingly well! i mixed 6 gls of water to 1 gl of vinegar, and let it run for an hour. it had just about completely dissolved the build up, and everyhting looks almost brand new!
