I plan on gettin a 30 gallon tank sometime this week (dut to me having a small tank and to many <><)and also going to get it drilled. I wanted to put in a built in overflow. Where can I get them and what type of silicon should I use. I think I saw a thread about this but I couldn't find it....

paul, that's the one everyone warns against. the ycan lose thier siphon and require a powerhead to get them re-started.

i've never used one, but read enough horror stories about them. if you are gone and lose power, the tank could end up overflowing when power comes back on, if the overflow loses it's siphon.
