So my tank is 23 days old and I am starting to get the brown uglies on my sand and rocks. I tested my water yesterday and they are as follows:
PH-8.2
Ammonia-0ppm
Nitrite- .125-2ppm
Nitrate-80ppm
Calcium-360
Carbonate-161.1
Phos-.5ppm
So I want to know is should I start my water changes and vacuuming or should I wait till my Nitrite is 0 also? :worm:

Leave it be. It is part of the normal cycle. As the tank balances itself out the issue will go away on it's own.

I would hold off on a water change until everything but nitrates fall to 0. Once this occurs and post water change your tank will be ready for life (slowly)!
