blenny not eating

My bicolor blenny always hides during feeding. should i be worried? what do they eat? he's my buddy, i dont want him to starve

Im having a similar problem with my lawnmower blenny.
just how do you "tempt them out" when they run at first sight of you? Ive had Benny around for almost a month now and he still acts the same.
