Last month I shipped out a hood with 4 pc bulbs in it, which was wrapped in bubble wrap. When the hood arrived in NY a few days later the receiver called and informed me that the bulbs were all broken and the box looked like it was dropped on the end. We filled out all the necessary forms, FedEx picked the hood up for damage inspection and yesterday the receiver got the money to replace the bulbs. This took 3 weeks and I'm happy to say that everything worked out. FedEx does have a $100 limit unless you pay for extra insurance which I did and am glad for it.:dance:
