Anyone else out there using Neptune's Aquacontroller Pro?
I used one of their early Aquacontrollers for about two years before tearing down my reef and moving. When I setup my new tank, I upgraded to the Pro version.
My first one had problems with all of the temp, ph, and ORP reading being irregular and occasionally bouncing all over the place.
They sent a new one and it worked great for about a month and then my PH reading went to 12.08 and the ORP dropped to 000. Fortunately, I have hand held meters to check periodically, and they had correct readings on them.
We tried to troubleshoot over the phone and their support people felt it was the temp probe. They sent a new one, and I replaced it today and still no luck.
Trying to find out if anyone else has had any experience (good or bad) with these newer controllers.
