the animals i question form on the undersides of rocks in the shade and form in hard white tubes that kinda curilycue around and then at the end it looks like a feather duster,( and retracts into the tube like a feather duster) they form everywhere walls gravel rock powerheads they have a redish ploom( largest ploom is about 1/4 - 1/2 in across), I have always wondered what these are and if it signals anything special thats going on in my tank. I get long what look like milipeeds that burrow in the gravel also that you can see inbetween the gravel and glass, and come to think about it they make homes in holes in the rocks and other assorted creatures that I will dub water fleas. Just curious I cnt find anyplace that addresses these white tubed animals. thanks for any further help
