Ok this is a shot of my anemone today I put a circle aroung the one tenticle and have noticed it doing this in the past can some one tell me what its doing. I meen its not like its on alot of them but just one little thing makes me worry with this.

very beautiful anenome you have there. The twisting is normal. Sometimes something pinches it, or circulation, or whatever, will cause an anenome to ditch a tentacle. In some cases, it will heal up and be full again. Just what I have noticed from my exp.

My rose anemones do that all the time. It is natural. I have had anemones get sucked into power heads and come out looking like mushy fish food survive.

On my Bubble Tip Anenome one of the tips is split and now has two! Just oddities of the reef world I guess!
