[tropical buff]

I have some old live rock that has been sitting for about a year in a rubbermaid bin what can I do to use this rock is it possible ?

Wash it off real good and scrub it with a coarse scrub brush....

Rinse it a bunch fo times to make sure it's clean...

Put it in the tank with some good LR and new stuff will grow on it....
