A beautiful Sunday

As well as a pretty relaxing one.
Top of the morning, and a nice, sunny and warm SUNDAY!

Slept till a respectable hour, 6a, and have NOTHING RUSHING us out the door.
But in a leisurely fashion will be heading back over to the Sams for a fair part of the day.

Coffee is fresh, and breakfast will be democratically discussed when all the snoring stops.

Peace and lollipops to All,
Hack

We went back over to the Kids home last night 'just to hang out'......an unwinder after that whirlwind we road the past couple days.
Of course we brought games, snacks , and even a wee bit of unwinding juice.

I'll be finishing up the mailbox this morning, and Jen will be helping with some unpacking. Then there's the matter of food to be discussed.......SO TIRED OF FAST or TAKEOUT FOODS from the past week or so.....But with a new born, probably not looking at 'going out', so will be talking about what we can make. Their fancy stove ain't ready to 'cook with' yet, so it'll be either us cooking something and taking it over there, or them coming here.
I'm the ONLY ONE in our family that begins thinking of dinner over my morning coffee.....HEY, you simply can't rush a meal. ;)

Good mawnin’, Hack, and all of TRT!

thanks for the coffee! I know you guys are worn out physically, and emotionally I guess.especially the Sams. What has transpired this week is HUGE! No kidding,

Part of the treats for the derby party yesterday were just deliciously yummy and goopy raspberry cupcakes. By MAGIC!, there’s some left over and I’d be glad to share that with you so you can take it over to the Sam’s new house. They’re also fresh baked biscuits to make egg and cheese biscuits to take over there and freshly cut up fruit for a fruit cup to take over there

When our family is together, we always talk about the next meal that’s coming up and what we should have. We laugh at ourselves and keep doing it, so it must be the thing for us.

I hope everyone in your family has a great day, so you can enjoy your family without being rushed to the breaking point.

Today is baccalaureate day, so we will be doing a lot of things centered on teens, and some of them will be doing things in the church service, such as the sermon and reading lessons from the Bible. I always like the service because I like seeing young people participating.

No crazy weather for us today. Our high temps will be in the 80s most of this week with some rain here in there.

lots of love and hugs and peace to everyone!

Good Morning Everyone!

we ended up with about 5 inches of rain yesterday. Dry day today with only 20% chance of rain. Have a fan blowing in boat yo help dry it out , so I can get the cover on it and plug in the charger.

Morning all,
Dunno if I will match the efforts put out yesterday,,, today. Aerated , fertilized, overseeded and lawn roller’d the fenced in back yard,, and lucked out with some rain overnight to get the ball rolling.

Getting a late start to the day, 2certain puppy dawgs informed me they HAD to go outside @3:45am,, so let em all out , crated em up and went back to bed until 8am( Amazing how the 2nd half of sleep is more than the first). So my day/hour/what it feels like day thing is shifted🥴.

Have a few things in mind , will see how the gumpshun factor fits in.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good afternoon, all!

Vinnie - 5 inches in rain in a day is a lot of water! Been there, done that a couple weeks ago. It’s a grand mess!

Doug, reporting to us about Furgee’s foot and if she weaseled her way out of that bandage she put on there.

Jeff, I thought your puppies were out of that habit of getting up in the wee hours. I think they’re in cahoots about that to get you up to go outside.

I better get going with stuff around here. Need to do some chores, followedc by some assigned reading. This evening at 7:00 I have a book discussion with college friends as well as the author of the book we’re reading this month.

Onward and upward! Make it a groovy afternoon everyone.

Good evening,
The boat air out and dry now. Covered and unloaded.
Went and picked up upgraded axles for the boat trailer. Then went toBass Pro. Looking at boats. Kristine gave me the go ahead to buy a larger boat. So probably going with fiberglass, center console if we do. One without carpets.
The rain is moving in again it looks like

Yay with the go ahead to buy a fiberglass boat! That is sweet.

I will fill in the blank for what the rain looks like…. Dies Irae (day of wrath in Latin)😂

It’s all her idea. I’m happy with my boat. It’s just not a family fun boat. Only holds 4 people. It for speed and fishing. She want one for the family.
mid be happy getting a new boat. See how it goes when she sees the price.
