I have a 55 Gallon reef tank and I am curious about what a good recommendation for fish bio-load would be. I plan to propagate the tank with healthy fish and a combination of many different types of healthy and vibrant corals. My tank specs are as follows and I will take ANY advice to improving my tank set-up, including fish recommendations as well as coral, live rock, and pretty much every thing in between.

Specs are as follows.

75 lbs of Live Rock
20 Gallon Sump
3-4 inches of Reef Sand
2 Fixture - 48" Coralife T-5 HO, 2 10k 54 Watt Bulbs, 2 Actinic 54 Watt Bulbs
Overflow Rated up to 600 GPH
Sump Pump rated up to 580 GPH
1200 GPH Circulation Pump
3 inch Bicolor Angel
2 Firefish
1 3.5 inch Yellow Eye Kole Tang
1 Blue Chromis
2 2inch Cinnamon Clown
1 Coral Banded Shrimp
1 Diamond Sleeper Goby
1 Lawnmower Blenny
25 Red Legged Hermit Crabs
5 Snails
1 Sally Lightfoot
About 15 Various LPS and SPS and a couple Softies.

I'm just curious, I read not long ago that the recommendation is 1 fish per 10 gallons so in my 45 Saltwater with a 20 gallon sump I had about 14 fish and I had to take all of my live rock out and now I'm down to 5 fish in it.

So I'm really curious as to what you all would recommend as far as fish amount goes and if there are any better fish to swap with the ones I already have to better suit them for my aquarium, thanks!

Pics included.
