Its a 29g not a 39g, no idea how i did that?!

29g Display - since Feb 12, 2010
Water Quality
-42lb Fiji, Gulf, and Fossil Coral Live Rock
-40lb Florida live Aragonite
-Some Caulerpa
-Small ball of Chaetomorpha Algae - Just until the Refugium Algae takes hold
Inverts
-Branch of SPS and mushroom corals - I would like to know the exact species.
-2 condy anemones - because my first one got sucked into the powerhead, then two days later it was on my filter intake, about the size of a pea. I thought he was going to die, but its been 2 months since and he is doing just fine now, so i have two healthy anemones.
- 3 Turbo Snails
- 2 Red Legged Hermit
- 1 blue leg hermit
- 1 Scarlet hermit
- 2 brittle star - 1/2 in
- breading population of Amphipods
- breading population of Copepods
+ Exploding population of spiral tube worms

Your post on the 29 gal mentioned "skimmer soon to be replaced by mangroves". Is that apples to apples? I thought mangroves pull phosphates out like cheato or other macro algaes, but that doesn't sound like it would do the job of a skimmer.

I still don't have mangroves, but this is what i was going by...

Tank looks great! I have a similar looking set up and used a black backround and It looks awsome. It really cleans up the tank by hiding wires and ties in the black stand/canopy....Just my 2 cents. Its cheap to do too.:)

1/4 of the back is black, but the wife compromise what that i didn't paint it, and i could keep it in our room(didn't tell her i got the tank till she saw it in the car)...
