What type of gas shocks will you use for the canopy door? Aren't you worried about it rusting?

I would love something like that on my tank

You did a great job on the stand.

I know for a fact the temp probe will work out of water. I was playing around with programing it, very easy, and connected the temp probe. It read the temp of the room as expected.

Just got an email from Salty Supply. They have been awesome. Should be shipping out a pallet worth of stuff in two weeks or so!

Sounds like fun. When you pallet a bunch of stuff is there usually damage from the shipping?

Looks great. A lot will die off, but I think you'll be surprised how mush survives and or grows back.

What are your stocking plans? All local stuff?

All local. I doubt anything would survive being shipped here. Going out today to go look. The ammonia and Nitrite levels are now at 0. Nitrate is high but will be addressed with a water change.

This will be a very cool/unique tank!!! Good luck on your hunt. I can't wait to see what you find. It would be cool to get some pictures of you collecting.
