Hi everyone, just signed in!

And here are my first questions:

It's been a year since I added the first livign creature to my 16g nano tank. I am wondering if I can add any more creatures (sicne it's a nano). I currently have:

- heteractis crispa anemone (my clowns love this new addition)
- 2 false perculas
- 1 fire shrimp
- 1 duster
- 1 starfish
- 1 blue legged hermit crab
- 2 nassarius snails
- 2 trochus snails

coral:

- frogspawn
- green zooanthus

equipment:

- nano tunze skimmer
- koralia powerhead (1600l/H)
- jagger heater (75w)
- 2x24w HOT5 (whtie and actinic)
- Eheim Ecco pro canister filter (I use it form time to time since it amkes the water cristal clear but I worry about nitrates if I leave it on, should I leave it on?).

water parameters:

- amonia 0
- nitrite 0
- nitrate 0
- salinity 1,025
- ph 8.2
- temperature 80F

Everything is thriving. What else coudl I put in (fish or corals)? Any recommendations?

Thank you!

Welcome to TRT! I would say with a tank thats established there's no need for the canister. You could keep it to run carbon from time to time if necessary. I would think small fish like gobies would be ok, and as far as corals go if your having success try another.

You could definitely add in some more coral! What about some mushrooms or colorful zoas? And after having kept some frogspawn, you could always try a hammer or torch coral.
