I'm looking for opinions and reviews on the best type of calcium reactors. I only have an 80 gallon tank so it doesn't have to be anything massive. Main points I'm looking for are quality and easy to use.
I'll be keeping a mix of SPS, softies and 2 or 3 clams. Maybe get an LPS down the road but haven't really looked into that yet. I already have 3 small frags of montipora that have been growing slowly over the last 2 months.
Minnreefer, have you had experience with the MRC or RM reactors mentioned above?
I actually have a GEO reactor which works fine. Reactors are spendy to set up but they are worth it in the long run. I would ask to try to figure out what the best CO2 regulator and needle valve is. I have heard good things about both MR and RM reactors.
