Can anybody please help me ID these white stuff growing on the rocks. At first I thought it was nothing until recently, I noticed it multiplied really fast. This pic is about a month after I setup my tank. This rock is from an old aquarium. It already has 5-10 spots before I moved it a month ago.

Fairly new tank 6 months. 30 gallons, 30 lbs of LR, all water parms good. Got a bicolor angel last week, 5 days later noticed him swim little funny and belly looked bloated. Day 6 covered in white spots ( see picture). Is it ich, parasites? He seemed to eat off of LR prior to finding this.
