wattage

I was wondering if my T8 bulb is sufficient for corals and fish? Yesterday I put a Hammer coral and Fiji Starburst and I'm wondering if that small bulb is enough. I read that I need 2 -4 watts per gallon.

I'm planning on getting a full spectrum 165w LED and idk if that's high, low, or med. My tank is 20 gallons and 19" deep. So would that be considered low or high for me? I only want soft corals.
