I was wondering if it makes sense to plumb my UV unit inline with the intake to my SRO 3000 external skimmer. The skimmer is run by a dedicated Iwaki MD55 located at the output of my sump. The UV unit is a Pentair 40 Watt unit. Display tank is a 120Gallon with a 40 Gallon sump.
