I have a 200l fish only marine aquarium. What is the correct turnover rate? Right now I have an internal filter rated at 1290 l/h and wave maker at 1000 l/h. That's about 11 and a half times turnover. Is that enough?

I am worried I do not have enough flow. I only have fish and live rock, no corals. In my 55G I only have a Koralia 750. My Eheim 2213 canister and my Instant Ocean protein skimmer also provide a little turnover, but not that much. Turnover aside, how many hours of the day should I have the...

Would a turn over rate of 32x my tank be a good starting point? It is going to be a bare bottom tank, with mainly soft corals. I currently have some duncan polyps and a frogspawn that will be going in. I could bump it up to about 40x turn over but I would like to save a bit of money, not to...
