Good Morning. I waited as long as I could for Cath's breakfast feast, but I have to go start my Monday:(
Have a good weekend, but I'm not starting the weekend thread:thumbup:
And could a mod fix my Monday morning spelling in the title?
I was over at EWOF and they are excited to have us.
Brad got in some nice fish, and will be getting some more corals for the meeting.
If all goes well we will have a few items to raffle.
Would any one like to lead a short topic discussion?

Thought you guys could appreciate this - this guy escapes out a 1" hole with ease. It's why I'd never even consider trying to keep an octo in an aquarium:
This is a followup from the original thread.
I've talked to Robert McCain, Manager at Marine Fish. After reviewing the voiced opinions from the club, Marine Fish has decided to change it's decision to give a longer window for the club discount.
As of July 1st, Marine Fish will be changing...

Starting immediately, Marine Reef & Fish will no longer be offering the ARC discount on the weekends. They're trying to encourage people to come during the week, when business is slower.
Until we have the next ARC board meeting, I'm not sure yet how this will affect their sponsorship status...
Maybe I should take a little time and explain to people as to what I have going on with my tanks. The 125g (yes, the one with the hair algae) has all my misfits and unwanted (customer returns or drop-offs) fish in it. IT IS NOT A REEF TANK. It is well stocked with live rock (around 150lbs) and...
I'd like to officially welcome our newest sponsor, Under the Wave! Under the Wave is an LFS in Duluth, GA.
Under the Wave is offering a 10% discount to all ARC members in good standing on all fish that are not already on sale. (No discount on dry goods, etc.).

Well, I drove past Sea Dreams in Savage. Their sign has now been taken down. It looks like the store is still full of stuff, but it can't be a good sign that the store name is now gone. Does anyone know the story? Does anyone have a contact to find out if they are going to sell the stuff in...
After reading a number of threads asking about stores in local areas, I thought I would make a little contribution to our online community.
I've put together a small web application and database to provide information on stores in ANY local area. In fact there are already over 300 stores...
Please note the blue stores have NOT been verified...

1)Where can I get "starboard" in the TC for a 75.

David bought me a headset with led lights on it, it also has a red flip down filter. This thing is a blast for the reef tank. I can clean things with the lights removed from the refugium, which was hard before. Best of all the last two nights I've witnessed the hundreds of baby cleaner...
In case anyone is interested, there's a place north of St. Cloud that has used water barrels for $6 each. They are 55 gallon plasitic barrels that originally had drink flavoring in them. You'll have to wash them out yourself. Only bad thing is they do not have a removable lid. They just have...
