Please can someone id this softie for me please

Anyone Know what this is? Tank has been up and running for a year just a few weeks ago this started growing. Any help would be great.

These grew out of the live rock that a bought a month ago. i have no clue what they are. is that blueish gray color on the tips normal thank you
