Just curious as to how people keep their substrate clean? do you just stir and vaccum and do water changes. Is there something I missed.... mine is not bad, just wanna know if there is a better way????
My xenias over the past two weeks has been looking really bad.
All my tank prams are dead on. weekly 10% water changes, no changes in inhabitants but they are looking really torn up and shrivled.
One is starting to come back but the rest are not showing inprovments.

ok..so when i got up today about 12 hours ago.. i noticed that this was this blob looking thing on the rock where my mushrooms were at. i thought there was a baby mushroom in that spot but wasnt sure. it looked like a reddish blob.. so i touched it. it was kinda stringy but fuzzy feeling.

Friday I picked up an established 210 Gal tank with 250lbs live sand, 250lbs TBS live rock, Full Set of Corals, Inverts and about 6 adult fish. I was able to transfer everything keeping it submerged in roughly 100 gals of original tank water.
