OK so this is one of two RO units we use at Diageo to make alcoholic beverages. This one alone keeps a 20,000gal tank filled with pristine water.

Hello again TFTers :p I have been maintaining my recent nano 10g reef tank for about 3months I think and this whole time I have been purchasing my RO water from my LFS. I spend about 10dollars a week on this. I was curious if it would be better to invest in a small RO unit instead. I don't need...

Hey Everyone - So I made the mistake of buying a cheap garbage can to serve as an RO reservoir. After about a month of use, it sprung two small leaks in the bottom and needs to be replaced. I now have a "heavy duty" rubbermaid 32 gallon trash can that I'll be using to hold the water. I had my...

Hey, So i just bought this unit the other day at the reef show. It was the only one they had and it was on display so i figured everything was already hooked up and ready to go. I hooked it up and tested the water coming out with my tds and it showed 0, and 1. I was so shocked it worked that...

I'm ordering a Ro unit next week. It's time. I found a 5 stage 75GPD on eBay with some good numbers and reviews. What is the ideal water pressure for an RO unit? I have a 50 gpd unit and it has been running for a few months now. It makes more then 50 gpd, everything is tight no leaks. The pressure reads about 70 psi. Does this seem right, or is it too much pressure pusing through?
