Tonight I came home and found this creature on the back glass of my tank. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it is? Should I remove it, etc.

Well we have started our reef tank. I took photos to show my tank as we begin this journey, I can't wait to see how it progresses over time. A few questions, 2 of the coral pieces came attached to plugs. We placed them in the tank plugs and all. Can you take them off or is it better...
