It is time to replace my power compact bulbs. Currently I have 2 55 watt 10K/420nm and 1 55 watt 10k/460nm.

I have 64 watts of 6500k T8's (two 48" long tubes), how many watts of actinics would I need to out-do the 6500k look and make the tank look like it has a 10000k or 14000k or 20000k bulb over it? Does anyone have any experience doing this?
And at what Kelvin do the corals actually fluoresce...
