First off I have to say that running a dosing pump for Calcium and Alkalinity has been one of the best moves that I have made for my SPS corals. This is going to be a long post, but I think that it is valuable for anyone dosing to read. When I started to dose, I began by simple adding a small...

Hi, Just a quick question: Does anyone know if the controller for the jebao wp wavemakers will work on different models? So for example will a controller that has been used with a wp10 powerhead work with a wp25 powerhead? They seem the same to me. Thanks

I am currently battling a cyano outbreak and I have tried almost all of the usual actions (less light/food, more waterchanges, etc...). My parameters are currently: nitrate 5 ppm, and phosphate is 0.05 ppm. I am wanting to increase the flow in my DT next. I have a 46 gallon acrylic bowfront...

I'm having a weird problem with my wp10 set on W1 mode. It worked just fine, had a nice standing standing wave going but I came home one day and noticed that the pulse length had changed. Instead of turning on/off a couple times a second it was doing very long pulses, maybe 8-10 seconds...

Been looking at powerheads... Internet says I need like 3000 gph for a 55 softy and Lps, I'm not set on any particular fish, so I can plan them around the equipment. Is that on top of my 350 gph overflow? Jebaos recommended all around, maybe a WP on each end, and 2 smaller cheaps? or maybe...

I'm thinking about investing in new pumps. I have sun sun and koralia right now lol. I have a mixed reef in my 40B with clam, goni, various sps, but it'll be half and half eventually. I was thinking 2 Rw-15 but it might be too strong so 2 Rw-8's? I also bought an MP10 but going to sell it since...

Ok... So I'm currently getting everything together for my 55 reef build. I'm using 120 watt Chinese LEDs. But after searching the internet I found the jebao. I already have a return pump (mag 5) but need in tank circulation. I know they are from china and use designs from ecotech and tunzee. I...

:read: Have anyone of you ever experience using Jebao DC3000 as a return pump? Tank is approx. 50 gallons (200 litres equivalent). 1.2 metre from sump to display tank. I am considering either this Jebao DC3000 or Eheim Compact 2000+ litre ...

Hi everyone, i have had my Jebao wp-25 set up for over a month in my 40 long. Most of the time i have been running on linear flow H3 which is the lowest linear flow u can get out of the pump. Over the past week or so, i have noticed that after i get back from work, the pump has automatically...

Thought I would share this here as well. Best update I made to my Apex with amazing control. I use the cable on 2 WP-40 pumps on my 120gal. Not sure if more information is needed by anyone, or if it explanatory enough on its own, but here is how I did it. Yes, an Apex uses 0-10v from the...

FYI, I made the cable to control my WP-25 pumps and I like the way you can change different flows throughout the day. The cables are easy to make. Here is a pic of the cable. For those Apex users, just want to say it works well....can get the pumps down to about 20-25% power. I have been...

After lot of reading, I finally decided to get one of Jebao Wp-40 and found them in fish-street.com, they offered quick shipping and nice customer support. extra sensor is very worth as original was too tiny. They are replacing my three koralia 1050s. Man, they are very powerful. currently...

Hello, my powerheads I currently have are getting old and losing power so I am getting ready to change it up. I've seen and heard good things on the Jebao wavemakers and I have some questions for anyone who can answer them. Would 1 WP40 be sufficient for a 4x2x2 120g tank that has only softies...

I am cleaning all of my equipment today and as always, my Jebao 1500 is being difficult. After cleaning, the only way to get it to start is to move the impeller manually. Bad thing is you cannot reach the impeller once it is in the tank. Anyone have any tricks?
