The water is out of limestone well, so that might be why.. .

Hi all. My tank has been getting crowded for awhile now and it is time to clean it out some. Not to mention, the extra money will come in handy for Christmas. So I am fragging a majority of things in my tank. I am including a link to all of my pics. The first pic has everything for sale...

For the last year or more, I was getting poor growth. Then about 3 months ago, I finally figured out some system problems I had. Fixed them, and got MORE growth in the last 3 months, than I'd...
Long time no see - I'm still around, but busy, busy.
Since I'm losing my battle with bubble algae, want to get creature(s) that will help. Searching the posts, it looks like virigate rabbitfish, emerald crabs, and maybe other types of fish are good. I have a 125 gal, and plenty of...
I ordered a 90 gallon reef ready AGA tank today. Would've got the 75 gallon but the 90 was on sale for the same price. It should arrive in 3 days. It's official, the 90 gallon tank build has begun
