My bi-weekly paycheck was enough to check out a new petstore. The PetCo across the river from me is much nicer than the one I have been going to, and I think I will make the drive out to them more often.
Anyway, we visited the same day as their fish shipment, and found 2 Anthias that my g/f had...

Hello there. I have a 55 Gallon glass tank overflowing to a wet dry sump. In my sump I have a coralife super skimmer that outlets into my home made refugium. I have ran an overflow back from the refugium to the sump in case the return pump cannot keep up with the skimmer pump but really they...
Since still only being 17 and sometimes and not always being able to give the tank 24/7 attention (as im sure almost everyone else isn't either!) I like to try and keep things as maintenance free as possible...cleaning the glass, lights, cleaning the collection cup are basically the only things I...

Cmon, you know a lot of us do it - we think of stupid names like Nemo for our clown. Here I'd love to see people list the kind of fish, and their given name (plus any relevant story as to how the said fish acquired the name).
In college I had a...

I have a 200 gallon tank that has been up for over 20 years. For the past year everything I put into it, except fish, dies. Finally yesterday we looked for possible Bristleworms at night. We were shocked. There were, no kidding, thousands. We have ordered a trap, but does anyone have any...
Hey all, I purchased some freeze dried cyclop-eeze in hopes of feeding my SPS a little and helping with their overall ccolor and health. However, never using the product before, I am not quite sure the best way, or amount to use. This is for my 29 gallon SPS dominant reef. I putt a little bit...
