I was/am a little worried about one of my Anemones!?!? I noticed early today that it was trying to squeeze its way through some holes in the LR, to the top. I watched its progress throughout the day (while I was able), and figured that if it wanted to goto the top of some LR it would know...

This Saturday I am hosting a meeting at my house to sell as much of my livestock and rock that I can. I need to get out of the hobby for a while because I just don't have time to keep it up after my divorce. Kids and laundry seem to take precedence over having my arm in the tank. I just set...

My maroon clowns will stick their caudal fin into the sand and furiously beat back and forth moving the sand around. They also pick up pieces of shell and rock with their mouth and move them around. Is this normal? Does anybody else's clowns do this?

one of my button polyp colonies has moved...that is to say...traded spaces with a leather. See the before picture. This is a detail of the original pic, so the quality is odd. The polyps are to the left of the leather, on the sand bed. They really are there, you just have to use your...

I just brought home one of these guys! Been looking all over for one for which I didn't have to spend a small fortune! "Reef safe", although like most wrasses of this type, he's a pod eater; they stay pretty small and are just cool looking. I've been wanting one of these fish ever since I saw...
